In accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Assocation Clause 48, the Directors shall, at their first meeting, elect among themselves a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman.
Each director of The Josephian Association Ltd. shall be entitled to nominate one nominee to each of the offices below:
- Chairman
- Vice Chairman
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- SMC (Secondary) Representative
- SMC (Primary) Representative
The nomination form must be signed by all nominees named therein, the proposer and endorsed by a fellow director as Seconder.
