Re: Annual Dinner 2014
I understand given the current social upheaval it may not be the most appropriate time to ask you out for dinner but on the other hand the time for us to give you notice of our Annual Dinner 2014 is overdue. We hope asking you to join the Annual Dinner now will not make you feel strongly about us.
This year the Annual Dinner 2014 is to be held on Saturday, 6th December, 2014 from 6:00 pm to midnight at Golden Dynasty Chiu Chow Restaurant, Macau Jockey Club Members’ Club, 3/F., Shun Tak Centre, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (信德中心，澳門賽馬會金潮閣酒家).
We have a different frame or mode this year. This Annual Dinner is functional in additional to reunion and socializing. The title of this Annual Dinner is “J-Club”; though the main attractions for this Annual Dinner are the Red Cross and the Athletic Club we want to attract and call upon past and current members of other clubs to come to meet their respective old and current members, leaders and supervising teachers, to get to know each other and to pass on the experience, spirit, history and tradition of the clubs to the next generation.
Programme of the day will be as follows:-
1. 6:00-6:10 Annual General Meeting
2. 6:15-7:30 Reception and Socialization
3. 7:30-11:00 Dinner, Performance of the Clubs, lucky
Draw
The Supervisors, Principals, teachers, retired Principals and teachers, and members of the PTA will be our guests. Mind you, if you want to meet the new Principal of the SJACS, this is the time.
I can assure you that you will find the evening enjoyable.
The charge for the Annual Dinner is $500.00 per person for adult and $5,500.00 for one table of 12.
If you are interested, please complete and return the attached reply slip to us together with your cheque in favour of “The Josephian Association ltd.” for our action
We shall be most grateful if you will contribute some gifts for lucky draw and table prize.
