Pursuant to Notice of Special General Meeting issued on 11st Jun 2013, the Special General Meeting of The Josephian Association Limited (the “Association”) will be held at Bro. Paul Sun Memorial Hall, St. Joseph’s Anglo-Chinese School (“the School”) 46 New Clear Water Bay Road, Kowloon on Saturday 3rd August 2013 at 10:30 a.m. to elect an alumni manager to the Incorporated Management Committee of St. Joseph’s Anglo-Chinese School for the term of 1st September 2013 to 31st August 2015.
