It is my great pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations to our fellow schoolmate, Prof. Ceajer Chan Ka-keung (陳家強) of class of 74’. He has been awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star in the 2012 Honour List in recognition of his loyal and distinguished service to the Government and the Hong Kong community, particularly in his capacity as the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury since 2007.  He has made exemplary effort in strengthening Hong Kong as an international financial centre, and in formulating and implementing policies to ensure effective control and management of public revenues and expenditure.
