NEWS FROM ALUMNI VANCOUVER

It is wonderful to hear from our Josephian brothers in Vancouver. Recently, Tim Kam (’72), Treasurer, sent us their latest news. Thanks to Bon Wong, Chairman (’74) and his team, especially Paul Lau, the Event Chair, a dinner party was held at Continental Seafood Restaurant. Richmond BC, on Saturday, May 7, 2011.

Being also a Mothers’ Day celebration, the party was well attended. The theme of this particular gathering was to raise funds for Rev. Bro. Paul Sun Education Foundation, in support of the new SJACS campus. The function was successful in raising HK$50,000.

Meanwhile, Tim is arranging to make a deposit into BPSF’s bank account. Here, we must thank our Josephian brothers in Vancouver for their continuing support. It is, indeed, great Josephian Family spirit.
