Startegic Workshop for Trustees

After the recent elections of the Josephian Association, new Trustees have joined the Foundation. They are Anthony Mak, Roger Lam and Sammy Chen. These new Trustees joined Matthias Li, Andrew Li, Daniel Li, and Ng Man Kin in a full afternoon session in the
Times Square
office of Aon Hewitt Consulting on Friday, 29th April 2011.

This session is a strategic planning workshop expertly run for the benefit of the Trustees of the Rev. Brother Paul Sun Education Foundation (BPSF), with the guidance of senior consultant, Jeremy Andulis, who has so kindly volunteered his services on a pro bono basis. The chief objectives of this exercise are:

1.      To confirm BPSF’s long-term strategic direction;

2.      To identify and agree on BPSF’s core operation model;

3.      To define the short-term and long-term goals

This session proved engaging and illuminating. It started at 1.30 p.m. and finished at about 5.30 p.m. All participants agreed the time and effort were well spent. It helped to focus and align a common understanding for the Trustees on the Foundation’s strategic planning for the future. Now, the Trustees have a good basis to go forward to fulfill their task.
