Opening of the Rev. Bro. Paul Sun Education Foundation Charity Football Tournament 2010

After 6 weeks of intense preparation by the Organizing Committee, the Rev. Bro. Paul Sun Education Foundation Charity Football Tournament 2010 finally kicked off its first game on Sunday, 5 September 2010.
 
The Opening Ceremony was held at 12:30pm, and we would like to thank the following guests: Principal Paul Yeung, Vice-Principal Yip Kai To, current teachers including Peter Ng Tsz Kee (’74), Tang Man Wai (Career Master), Wong Wang Fu (Football Team in-charge), and staff Anthony Yeung (’97). Special thanks go to retired teacher, Thomas Cheung (“Small Cheung”) for showing up in support. Directors of the Josephian Association, Daniel Li, Andrew Li, Rino Lam and Anthony Mak were on hand to greet everyone. Daniel Lee (coordinator for ’76) also came to share the fun.
 
It was a huge success with over 100 Josephians turning up to play 10 games. The gathering was swelled by many friends and families who came to support and cheer their teams on. The games were all played smoothly in succession and ended at 6:00pm. Everyone is looking forward to the next game day, next Sunday, 12 September 2010.
